Kevin is a loud, infectiously cheerful man with a lighthearted attitude that is uncommon in a person approaching middle age. He loves all things traditionally masculine; muscle cars, rock music, hard drinking, James Bond movies and cigarettes. Underneath his unshaven, jocular manner, Kevin is a steadfastly loyal and incredibly idealistic man who truly believes in the power of self-determination and encourages others the best he can. It's hard to not be motivated around Kevin; he inspires good cheer, and his self-confidence rubs off.
Kevin also has a broad and obvious protective streak, partly from his days as a civil servant in the Raccoon City Police Department. His sense of right and wrong is keen, and he takes great care to remain on one side of it only. He tends to forge honest, uncomplicated and open friendships with people. He's also a hell of a party buddy, when you get a few beers in him.
OOC Information:
This is an RP journal for Kevin Ryman of the Resident Evil: Outbreak series. Kevin is a 34-year-old officer with the Raccoon City Police department, and is just basically your average all-around good guy with a bit of a cocky edge to him. He tends to overestimate himself and get into petty arguments (to say nothing of his love for booze and women), but ultimately makes a good leader and ally.
He's just not cut out for STARS though, it seems.
